I became passionate about nutrition at age 15, after seeing my dad manage diabetes. It set me on a course of professionalism, pursuing certifications in nutrition, reflexology, health coaching, massage therapy, and ultimately my medical license in 2021. Today I practice with the goal for others to live in a due rest.
